  1. When do I get paid?Every Friday. Each payout covers the Friday to Thursday earning week that closed the week before, so your first takes 8 to 14 days.
  2. Why is some of my money held back?Every reserve is released 30 days after the sale it came from. How much is reserved is a separate question — for your first 30 days as a creator the rate is 10%, then it drops to nothing.
  3. Is the reserve permanent?No. The new-creator rate stops on its own once you are 30 days past connecting payouts. If money is still being reserved after that, it is a risk-based rate instead.
  4. What fees come out of my sales?You keep the price you list. Supporters cover the platform fees at checkout and see the full total before they pay.
  5. VAT and your earningsVAT collected on your sales is paid out with your earnings — it is yours to remit, not ours to hold.
  6. Sending a physical item to a buyerSet your postage rates before you list, pack and send within your stated delivery time, then mark the order delivered.
  7. Closed bonus programmesThe Founder, Growth and Fast Start bonuses are closed to new participation. Anything already earned is unaffected.
  8. The Founder bonusEarn £2,500.00 net in your first 30 days and you become a Founder — 150 seats in total.
  9. My payout was smaller than I expectedFive things hold money back, and your dashboard lists each one separately with the amount.
  10. My payout failedThe money returns to your balance and retries in the next run. Usually a bank detail that needs correcting.
  11. Do I need to charge VAT?Only if you are VAT registered. Set your rate in your settings and it is added to your prices.
  12. Which bonuses can I earn?Two: £50.00 for referring a creator who goes on to sell, and a free month of your membership for every £500.00 you earn.
  13. Earning your membership backEvery £500.00 you earn buys a free month of your creator membership. It is a credit against your own bill and is never paid as cash.
  14. Where do I see what I have earned?The financial dashboard — three tabs: where the money sits, payouts, and tax.
  15. Can I be paid before Friday?No. Payouts run weekly on Friday, covering the Friday to Thursday week that closed the week before, and the schedule is the same for everyone.
  16. The Creator Growth BonusA milestone bonus for the first 150 creators to activate — up to £1,000.00 as your sales grow. It is paid with the payout that carries the sale which qualified you.
  17. The Fast Start bonusAn extra 5% on what you earn in your first 30 days, paid automatically once those sales have settled.
  18. Referring another creatorShare your referral link and earn £50.00 once a creator you referred reaches £2,000.00 in settled earnings.
  19. Why is one of my payments being reviewed?Some payments are checked before they are paid out. A payment on review hold is not lost or refused — it is waiting, and it joins the next payout run once it clears.
  20. How do I get a statement of my earnings?There is an earnings statement in your finance screens that you can view and download — the figures your accountant needs, in one file.
