Every Friday. Each payout covers the Friday to Thursday earning week that closed the week before, so your first takes 8 to 14 days.
Payouts run every Friday. Each one covers a complete earning week that runs Friday to Thursday, after that week has been held for a further week.
So earnings from 4 to 10 September — a Friday to Thursday week — are paid on 18 September.
Money is paid straight into your own Stripe account, in your name.
Your first payout takes longer
Because a sale waits for its own week to close and then for the hold, your first payout lands 8 to 14 days later — 8 days if you sell on the Thursday a week closes, 14 if you sell on the day one opens. After that you are on a weekly Friday cycle.
The hold
A completed earning week is held for a week before it is paid. That is what lets a genuine problem with a purchase surface before the money has left.
What is included
- The price you listed, plus any VAT collected on it.
- Bonuses you have qualified for.
What is not included yet
- Sales in the current earning week, and in the week being held.
- Paid Requests the buyer has not accepted, and physical Shop orders not yet marked delivered.
- Anything under reserve.
Your financial dashboard shows each of these separately, so a lower-than-expected payout always has a reason you can see.
If a payout fails
The money returns to your balance and retries in the next run. You are told when it happens — there is nothing to chase and nothing is lost.
