Net, not gross
The figure that counts is your net earnings — what actually reaches you — on completed sales. A refunded or still-pending payment does not count towards it.
What the number on your dashboard means
The progress tracker on your dashboard and the qualifying figure are the same calculation. What you see is what you are measured on.
The monthly bonus
Founders earn 10% of their monthly earnings as a bonus, capped at £1,000.00 a month.
If your window closes without qualifying
You are told, and the reason is stated — either the earnings threshold or the seats being full. The notice stays on your dashboard for two weeks so it is not something you discover by absence.
Payment
Qualifying bonuses are paid automatically. There is no approval step to wait on and nothing to claim.
