Selling

What you can sell, what a supporter receives, and how a listing goes live.

A word or two searches. Ask a full question (4+ words) and Enter answers it.
  1. What can I sell?Seven ways to be paid — one-off content, custom work, physical goods, group products, and two recurring options.
  2. What is a reward, and why does every listing need one?The reward is what the buyer receives. Every paid item must have one — it is what makes the sale a purchase rather than a transfer.
  3. What should I call my listing?Name it after what the buyer receives. That title is shown on your card, at checkout and on the receipt, so it has to describe the content rather than the payment.
  4. Why is my listing under review?Every new listing is checked before it goes on sale. Most clear without you doing anything.
  5. Scheduling a listing to go live laterSet a publish time on any listing from My Listings. It goes on sale at that minute, whether or not you are at a keyboard.
  6. How much can I charge for a listing?Every product has a minimum of £4.99 and its own maximum, checked in GBP whatever currency you list in.
  7. My listing is live but nobody can see itSix things hide a listing: review, a schedule, being paused, sold out, an expired deadline, or a suspended account.
  8. Editing or deleting a listingEdit any listing at any time. Changing an image or a file sends it back through review; a price change does not.
  9. Duplicating a listingDuplicate from My Listings. The copy is a fresh listing that goes through review like any other.
  10. My Piggy Pot has disappeared from my profileA pot closes at its deadline and leaves your profile. Set a new deadline and it reopens.
  11. Scheduling a postSet a time in the composer. It publishes at that minute, and still needs approval like any post.
  12. How do Paid Requests work?Custom work you make to order. The money is held until you deliver and the buyer accepts.
  13. Selling and shipping physical productsPhysical Shop products need shipping details and a tracking number when you send them. Payment clears after delivery is confirmed.
  14. Memberships or Bills — what is the difference?A Membership sells tiers with a perks bundle. A Bill sells one content stream, with no tiers and no perks list.
  15. Setting shipping rates once and reusing themA shipping profile is a set of postage rates you can attach to any physical product, instead of typing the same rates into every listing.
  16. What is my link in bio page?A single short page you can put in every social profile. It carries your links and the listings you choose, and taps through to the same checkouts as your profile.
  17. What is a Piggy Pot?A Piggy Pot is one piece of content that any number of people can buy into, with an optional progress figure shown on the card. Everyone who buys gets the same content.
  18. What is the Piggy Bank on my profile?A one-off content purchase on your profile. Someone chooses an amount, pays once, and receives the exclusive content you attached. It never renews.
  19. Can new listings post to my socials automatically?Connect your X account and switch automatic sharing on, and a new wish is posted for you when you publish it. It is off unless you turn it on.
  20. Does anything change if my buyers are in the US?There is a US Addendum that applies to US users. It names the US contracting entity and covers arbitration, class actions, IRS reporting and state disclosures.
