- Card or bank — which should I use?Bank payments cost less to process, so the total is lower. Card is instant; some bank methods take a day or two to clear.
- Why is the total more than the listed price?The creator keeps the price they listed, and the platform fees are added on top — shown in full before you pay.
- My payment says "processing"A bank debit your bank has not confirmed yet. Nothing is wrong and nothing is lost — the content unlocks when it clears.
- What currency am I charged in?You are charged in the creator's currency. Prices are shown in yours for comparison.
- I think I have been charged twiceUsually a pending authorisation that clears on its own. If both are settled, contact us — a genuine duplicate is refunded.
- Why does this purchase need an account?Anything you can renew, cancel, track or raise a problem about needs somewhere to live.
- It says this creator cannot take paymentsTheir page is paused. It is usually temporary and there is nothing wrong with your payment.
- Who am I actually buying from?You buy from the creator. They are the seller and the merchant of record for their own sales. Spenny Piggy runs the payments, the moderation and the safety controls around them.
- Can I buy more than one thing at once?Wishes can be added to a basket and paid for in one go. Memberships, Bills, paid requests and shop orders are bought one at a time, because each sets up its own arrangement.
