- Do I need an account to buy something?Not always. Some purchases work as a guest; the ones you can renew or cancel need an account so they can be managed.
- What am I actually buying?Every paid item on this platform has to say what you receive in return, before you pay.
- How do I find creators?Discover, the leaderboard, or a creator's own link. Every creator has one page with everything they sell on it.
- Is my payment information safe?Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on this platform.
- Why was my payment declined?Usually your bank. Sometimes a limit on larger payments, in which case a bank payment is offered instead.
- What is a wishlist?A wishlist is a creator's list of content you can buy one at a time. You pay once and get that item — there is nothing recurring about it.
- What does following a creator do?Following tells a creator you want to hear when they post something new. It costs nothing, it is not a membership, and it does not unlock anything.
