Why we do not say more
The reason belongs to the creator's account and is theirs to know, not ours to publish. They are told exactly what it is and what to do about it.
Is it permanent?
Usually not. Most pauses clear once the creator completes something on their side, and the page comes back on its own.
What you can do
- Follow them, so you are told when they publish again.
- If you were part-way through something — an unfinished order or a request in progress — contact us and we will tell you where it stands.
