- Two-factor authentication and passkeysAdd an authenticator app or a passkey. Both work alongside your password, and with Sign in with Google.
- Which emails can I turn off?Promotional and reminder emails are all optional, one category at a time. Receipts and security emails always send.
- I cannot sign inReset your password from the sign-in page. The newest link is the only one that works, and it expires quickly.
- I signed up with GoogleYou have no password by default. Set one through Forgot password so you have a second way in.
- Deleting your accountDelete it yourself from your account settings. Some records have to be kept for tax and dispute reasons, and we will say which.
- I am not getting notificationsCheck your email preferences, your spam folder, and browser permission for push.
- Which terms apply to me?A map of every agreement on the platform and what each one covers, so you can find the right document instead of reading all of them.
- Can I install this as an app?Yes. There is nothing to download from an app store — you add the site to your home screen and it opens like an app, full screen, with notifications.
- What is the code box when I sign up?It is where a referral or invite code goes. A creator referral code records who introduced you. It is optional and nothing is refused without it.
