You have no password by default. Set one through Forgot password so you have a second way in.
Signing up with Google means no password was ever created.
Set one anyway
Use Forgot password with the same email. It gives you a second way in if you ever lose access to the Google account, and it costs nothing to have.
Two-factor still applies
If you have two-factor turned on, it is asked for after Google as well. Signing in with Google is not a way around it.
Nothing is skipped
Signing up with Google skips the password and the bot check — nothing else. Every other rule applies: country, terms, account limits, and profile review for creators.
Your email
Google confirmed it, so your address is already verified and there is no confirmation email to look for.
