If you sell
- Creator Agreement — onboarding and eligibility, your responsibilities as the seller, content standards, fees and earnings, payouts and reserves, refunds and disputes, tax, and what happens if the rules are broken.
- Merchant of Record Agreement — the short declaration you confirm when you connect your payouts. See who is the seller.
- Payments Policy — payout schedule, payment reviews, the reserve and its release, chargebacks and offsets, risk monitoring.
- Paid Tasks Terms — only if you take paid requests.
- Bonus terms — Growth Bonus and Fast Start, if you are in either programme.
