The Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out what can be returned and what cannot. Digital content, subscriptions and physical goods are each treated differently.
The full document is the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. It is the one to read, because what applies depends on what you bought.
The three cases it separates
- Digital content — content you can open and keep is not the same as something that can be sent back.
- Subscriptions and recurring billing — cancelling stops the next charge; see how do I cancel a membership.
- Physical goods — an item that has to be posted is treated as an item, with the rights that come with that.
It also covers chargebacks and disputes, when the platform can step in, and how to ask for a refund.
Your statutory rights
The policy has a section on them, and nothing in it takes them away. Where the law of your country gives you a right, you keep it.
How to ask
Start with the creator — they are the seller (why). Refunds and cancellations walks through it, and if you get nowhere, come to us.
Please do not start with your bank
A chargeback is slower for you than asking us, and it has consequences for the creator that a refund does not — see disputes and chargebacks.
