Cancel from My Purchases. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can resume before it ends.
My Purchases → the subscription → Cancel.
What happens
- Nothing further is taken.
- Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep what you paid for.
- The subscription stays in your list, marked as ending, with the date.
Changing your mind
Resume before that date and it continues as the same subscription. You do not lose your history or restart anything.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the current period. If there is a reason the current period should be refunded, raise it on the purchase — that is a separate question and it is looked at separately.
If a creator has stopped posting
Bills and Memberships pause collection automatically when a creator stops delivering content. You are not charged while that is the case, and you keep your access.
