Disputes and chargebacks

A chargeback is your bank reversing a payment. Asking us first is faster, and it is the only route that can be resolved in days.

A chargeback is your card issuer reversing a payment. It runs on their timetable, not ours.

If you are a supporter

Ask us first. Open the purchase and choose "Problem with this?". Most cases are resolved in a day or two, whereas a chargeback takes weeks and cannot be sped up by anyone.

If you genuinely do not recognise a charge: payments from this platform appear on a statement as the creator's name followed by CONTENT. That is often the whole explanation.

If you are a creator

You are told as soon as a dispute is raised, with a deadline. The platform assembles the evidence — the purchase, what was delivered, when it was accessed, and the terms agreed at checkout — and answers the card issuer.

An unanswered dispute is lost automatically at its deadline, which is why you are told about it more than once.

Why the deliverable matters

Every paid item here has to record what was sold and when it was delivered. That record is what a dispute is won with, and it is the reason the reward on a listing is mandatory rather than optional.

Early fraud warnings

Sometimes a card issuer flags a payment before any dispute exists. Acting on it in time avoids a chargeback fee entirely, so those are surfaced immediately too.
