What we do
We can remove content we reasonably believe infringes, and we can act without notice first where that is the right thing to do. We do not check ownership of everything uploaded in advance — no platform of this kind does — which is why a report matters.
If your content was removed in error
You can submit a counter-notice explaining why you have the right to use it. Content is restored where the review supports that.
Repeat infringement
An account that repeatedly uploads work it has no right to loses access. We decide what counts as repeated.
Trademarks and brands
Using someone else's brand, logo or identity, or implying a partnership that does not exist, is covered by the same policy — see also what content is allowed.
