- Your password. Ever, by any channel.
- Your full card number.
- A payment by bank transfer, cryptocurrency or gift card.
- Remote access to your device.
If a message asks for any of those, it is not us.
Checking safely
Do not click the link. Open the site yourself and sign in — anything genuine is waiting for you there. Every payment, payout and account change is visible in your account, so nothing real ever depends on a link in an email.
Payouts
We never ask you to confirm payout details by email. Payout details are only ever changed by you, signed in, through your Stripe setup.
If you clicked
Change your password, turn on two-factor if it is not already on, and tell us. Speed matters more than certainty here — tell us on a maybe.
Forward it
Send it to support so we can warn other people. Suspicious messages usually go to many accounts at once.
