About the fees
- Do I pay a fee on each sale?
- No. You receive 100% of the price you list. The supporter pays a 12% fee on top at checkout, and card processing is paid from inside that fee — nothing else is taken from your sale.
- Is there a monthly cost?
- The creator plan is £8.99 + VAT a month, and it only starts after your first sale. If you never sell anything, you never pay.
- When do I get paid?
- Payouts go out weekly, on Fridays. Each week of sales (Friday to Thursday) is held for one week, so your first payout arrives 8 to 14 days after your first sale.
- Is any of my money held back?
- A share of each sale may be held for 30 days as a reserve against refunds and chargebacks. It is paid out to you automatically once the 30 days have passed.
- Why does the supporter pay the fee and not me?
- So the price you set is the amount you receive. The supporter sees the full total, fee included, before they pay — nothing is added afterwards.
