Six things hide a listing: review, a schedule, being paused, sold out, an expired deadline, or a suspended account.
My Listings shows the real state of everything you sell, with the reason next to anything that is not on sale. It is the fastest way to answer this.
The six causes, in order of how often they turn out to be it:
- Still in review — new listings are not on sale until they are checked.
- Scheduled — it goes live at the time you set, not before.
- Paused — you turned it off, or it was switched off for you.
- Sold out — stock reached zero. Supporters can still join the waitlist.
- Deadline passed — Piggy Pots close at their deadline.
- Account suspended — nothing you sell is public.
If none of those apply
Open your own public page while signed out. Your own screens show you your unpublished work by design, so a listing can look present to you and be genuinely absent to everyone else.
