Physical Shop products need shipping details and a tracking number when you send them. Payment clears after delivery is confirmed.
Setting one up
A physical product needs a shipping profile — where you ship to and what it costs. Shipping is added to the buyer's total and is not part of your listed price.
No separate reward headline is asked for. The parcel is the deliverable and the product name already describes it.
When someone orders
You are notified with the delivery address. Mark it shipped and add the courier and tracking number — the buyer sees both, which is the single biggest reduction in "where is my order?" messages.
Payment
A physical order becomes eligible for payout once delivery is confirmed, not at the moment of sale. It is shown on your dashboard as awaiting delivery until then.
Stock
Stock is decremented on each sale. At zero the listing shows as sold out and supporters can join a waitlist — and the number waiting is shown to you, because that is what makes a restock worth doing.
Large orders
An order above the high-value threshold is held for an extra check before it is released. That protects both sides on a large sale.
