Set a publish time on any listing from My Listings. It goes on sale at that minute, whether or not you are at a keyboard.
Any listing can be given a publish time, set from My Listings rather than from the individual forms. A schedule is a property of your catalogue, so it lives in one place.
What happens
Until the time you set, the listing is invisible to everyone but you. Nobody can find it, nobody can buy it, and it does not appear on your profile or in Discover. At the minute you chose, it goes on sale.
It does not depend on anything running
Visibility is decided by the clock. There is no job that has to fire for your drop to happen.
Review still applies
A scheduled listing is reviewed normally. If it reaches its publish time still unapproved, it goes live when it is approved instead.
What you see
Your own screens show a "Goes live" badge on anything scheduled, so a listing that nobody can buy yet never looks identical to one that is selling.
Limits
Up to 90 days ahead. Setting a time in the past simply publishes it now.
It still counts as having listed
Scheduling your first item counts — you will not be nudged to "publish your first item" while one is queued.
