A pot closes at its deadline and leaves your profile. Set a new deadline and it reopens.
A Piggy Pot has a deadline, and it closes on it. A closed pot leaves your public page rather than sitting there taking nobody's money.
Reopening it
Edit the pot and set a future deadline. That is all — it goes back on sale, keeping everything already contributed.
The featured slot
Your profile shows one pot at a time. If your pinned pot has closed, it stops being shown and the newest live pot takes the slot. Your own screens say "Pinned · not showing" rather than just "Pinned", so a lapsed pot does not quietly look fine.
Completed pots
A pot that reached its goal is complete rather than expired, and also leaves the page. Duplicate it to run it again.
