Edit any listing at any time. Changing an image or a file sends it back through review; a price change does not.
Editing
Any listing can be edited from My Listings or from its own module screen.
- Changing a price, a description or stock takes effect immediately.
- Changing an image or the paid file sends it back through review, because it is new material nobody has checked.
Re-saving without changing the image does not re-trigger review. An image already approved is not re-checked, so an unrelated edit cannot un-approve a listing.
Deleting
Deleting removes it from sale. It does not un-sell anything already bought: people who paid keep their content and their receipt permanently, which is why the record survives the listing.
Recurring items
Editing a Membership or a Bill does not change what existing subscribers are already paying. A price change applies to new subscribers.
