Raise it on the purchase itself. Every listing has to state what you receive, so a mismatch is something we can check.
Open the purchase and choose Problem with this?.
Why it can be checked
Every listing on this platform has to state what the buyer receives, before payment. That description is recorded with your purchase, so "what was promised" is not a matter of recollection on either side.
What happens
The creator is asked to respond. Most cases are resolved between you within a day or two. If they are not, we look at what was listed against what was delivered.
Digital content
If you asked for immediate access, you agreed at checkout to give up your 14-day right to cancel — that is stated on the checkout screen and recorded with the purchase. It does not cover content that was not what was described, which is a different matter entirely.
Please raise it here first
A chargeback takes weeks, and it costs the creator money even when they delivered exactly what they listed. Asking us is faster for you and fairer to them.
