Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on this platform.
Every payment is processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reaches this platform's servers or database.
What we hold
The fact that a payment happened, its amount, and what it was for. Enough to show you a receipt and to resolve a problem — not your card.
What appears on your statement
The creator's name followed by CONTENT. That is deliberate: an unrecognisable line on a statement is the most common cause of a dispute, and the creator's name is the thing you will recognise.
Saved cards
If you buy a Membership or a Bill, Stripe stores the card so it can take the renewal. You can remove it from your account settings; doing so cancels the renewal, so your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
