You can still sign in and read everything. Selling, publishing and payouts stop, and your dashboard shows the reason and what to do about it.
You can still sign in. You keep full access to read your own account — your history, your listings, your payment records and support. What stops is selling, publishing, changing what the public sees, and payouts.
Being locked out would put the explanation behind a door you could not open, which helps nobody.
Look at the banner first
A banner on your dashboard names the reason and, where there is something you can do, gives you the button to do it. Everything below is what that banner is telling you.
Limited, or suspended
They restrict the account the same way. What differs is why, and it is worth reading which one you have.
Limited means something is unfinished rather than wrong — a lapsed subscription, an identity check you started and did not complete, a payout setup that needs fixing, or terms not yet accepted. Nobody is accusing you of anything.
Suspended means a person made a decision — a content rule, disputed payments, or suspected fraud.
If it is your subscription
That one clears itself. Renew it and everything comes back; the banner carries the button.
What happens to money
- Subscriptions people pay you are PAUSED, not cancelled. Nobody is charged while you are restricted, and lifting the restriction restarts them on their own. Your supporters are not lost.
- Subscriptions you pay other creators are cancelled at the end of the period you have paid for. You keep what you paid for and are not charged again. ⚠️ These are not restored afterwards — they have to be started again by you, because a cancelled subscription cannot be un-cancelled.
- Your own platform subscription runs to the end of the period and does not renew.
- Payouts are frozen. Earnings already recorded are not deleted, and they are paid once the restriction is lifted.
Your public page
It is not visible while the account is restricted, and anyone with the link is told the page is unavailable — never why. Your account's business is not published to strangers.
Getting it lifted
If the banner names something you can fix, fix it. Otherwise contact support — a suspension is a decision a person took, so it is a person who reviews it.
If you think it is a mistake, say so, and say what you were doing when it happened. An automated rule catching something it should not is worth knowing about: it usually means the rule needs fixing, not just your account.
