Payouts run through your own Stripe account, in your name. Setting it up is a form Stripe hosts, not us.
Money reaches you through a Stripe account that belongs to you, in your name. We never hold your earnings in an account of ours.
What Stripe asks for
Your legal name, date of birth, address and bank details. Some of it is prefilled from what you have already given us; the rest Stripe collects on its own hosted form.
Why we do not prefill your name
Your display name here can be anything — a stage name, a shop name. Stripe runs an identity check against the name you enter, so a confidently wrong prefill would fail that check days later with nothing on screen explaining why. An empty field you fill in correctly is better.
If you close the form halfway
Come back to the same page and it says Resume Stripe setup. Your account already exists, so you are not asked for your country again — that is fixed when the account is created and cannot be changed afterwards.
If Stripe asks for more
Anything Stripe still needs shows on your dashboard, in plain words, with the deadline it has to be done by. Creators rarely open the Stripe dashboard, so everything Stripe wants is repeated where you actually are.
