If you sell Bills or Memberships, you need at least 3 approved member posts in a rolling 30 days. Below that, your active recurring subscriptions stop collecting.
What "paused" means
Your subscribers are not charged while it is paused. They keep their access; no money is taken. It is fully reversible — collection restarts automatically the moment you are back at the threshold.
You are warned first
You get an email, a notification and a message on your dashboard before anything pauses, and then 3 days to post. You will not find out because the money stopped.
The grace period
A brand new subscription is never paused before you have had a full 30-day window to post in.
What counts
Approved posts published to members or subscribers. Automatic posts the platform creates on your behalf do not count.
Where to check
Your Activity Status page shows how many posts count right now, when each one drops out of the window, and exactly what is left to do.
Why the rule exists
A recurring content subscription has to deliver content. That is what makes it a subscription rather than a standing transfer, and it is what keeps this platform's payments working.
