Reviewed alongside everything else. A link that takes a supporter somewhere to pay you outside the platform is refused — that is a supporter the platform cannot protect, cannot refund and cannot resolve a dispute for, and it is the arrangement that gets creator platforms cut off from payments.

Discouraged, and flagged in review. A supporter who contacts you off-platform loses every protection the purchase gave them.
Links as a paid reward
Allowed, and common. They must be https, and link shorteners are refused — a shortener hides the destination from the supporter and from review, which is the whole reason to use one.
